As we progress rapidly with modern technology, we are revolutionizing the way we consider entertainment. Could our world possibly evolve into the world seen on fictional reality such as the television show, Star Trek? Holograms are the wave of the future, redefining the way we think of 3D. No longer will people be required to wear 3D glasses, but a virtual reality could be created enabling one to freely interact as in reality. This technology could rethink the way we view modern medicine and education and revolutionize modern society. Yet, with this new form of technology, comes a price. It is possible this complex technology could be misused by the government and violate the privacy of the public. It is important as we go forward with technology that we consider the downfalls this new technology brings and seek to maintain the civil liberties of the public.
